Equipment with useful life left is tested, repaired where it makes sense, cleaned and prepared for another user. Some refurbished items are donated when a recipient is arranged and documented.

- Requested — Written terms: we pay, no charge, or a service fee.
- Collection arranged — A collection receipt at handover, with any differences noted.
- Processing — Progress as lines are resolved. Pending items are shown as pending.
- Report ready — Final report and certificate, line by line.
